this tv isn't the worst I've had, definitely Not the best... has to update often (very slow) NOT a Fire tv lover...

The initial Toshiba I purchased would not come on. I was instructed to take it back. I did. I set up the replacement Toshiba( in my guest room). I had guests for the 4th of July weekend. They turned it on and the tv had a black line down the middle of the screen. I called Best Buy and was instructed to return the tv to Best Buy. At Best Buy the clerk stated that the TV was damaged and they would not accept it. I live alone. I am 73. I set the tv up and never ever used it ( it has been in my house for 19 days). This product is of very poor quality. And the only thing worse was the very aggressive, disrespectful way I was treated by the staff at Best Buy
