    Stuck on Logo Screen No Help from Manufacturters

    I purchased this TV 12/11/21. 3 months later the TV started freezing often. I had to google how to reset it to power off and on. Then, on 6/9/22, only 6 months later the TV was stuck on Logo Screen and nothing worked. The biggest issue was that I called Toshiba Hisense (manufacturers) that passed me on to Amazon (FireTV) that passed me back to Hisense Toshiba like a tennis match with literally no help at all from either one. Each one said it was the others responsibility. After the 6th call, I did a better google search and found real help on Best Buy. I was able to factory reset and reboot and then follow some simple instructions to update software. I am now trying to see how I can exchange or return this TV. Never have experienced a new product with this many issues within 6 months of purchasing, DO NOT BUY!

    TV lasted less than 14 months before the bottom of the screen turned yellow and the TV clearly has a internal issue. Of course the warranty is only for 12 months. Avoid these TVs. I will not buy Toshiba again. They do not make the same quality TV as they did years ago.

    I returned this item and bought a 4K model. Using as a computer monitor, the picture was a bit fuzzy being so close. I really like the FireTV interface. Previously I only used Roku products.

    This television had too many preloaded apps which bogged down the television's speed, and for the price point, There are much better options out there, and this isn't one of them.

    the tv freezes on regular tv channels (antenna) takes forever to turn to channels. also when watching app channels the audio stays on when i turn off the tv. so tv is off but you can still hear the tv. i dont recommend this tv..

    This is by far the worst laptop I have ever purchased. It keeps self-removing the wifi network option from the task bar. I have been without wifi for longer than this piece of garbage actually worked. It was a Christmas gift for my wife, picked up earlier in the fall. She opened it Christmas day, and now we can no longer return it. There needs to be a GIFT option for returns. This is absolutely worthless. Her banged up old acer with the screen hanging half-way off works better than this junk.

    Remote stopped working

    I love the tv. but for some reason we're having trouble with remote. It keep losing connection from the TV. Maybe it's something with the initial setup.

    The smart part of it is crazy slow. The image quality is good, but nothing that stands out. And the Fire TV part..... so bad!!!! I wanted to have the kids signing on this TV using their profiles [they have kids fire tablet]. I was never able to do this !!! all on Amazon!!!! [and I have a lot of Amazon stuff, and loves it, but not their Fire Tv!!!!]

    Get a 42 or smaller for warranty purposes

    Tv worked fine for about 4 months, then died. Followed online fixes, but nothing worked. Manufacturer warranty is 1 year, but because the tv is 1" bigger than the rule of "42" tv brought back to bestt buy", it requires a repair tech to come out and condemn it.

    This TV is very basic. Picture is poor and so is the sound. I traded it in for a Samsung...

    It is nice tv it was extremely hard figure out to get it to turn on to cable all the time instead of prime tv

    Very disappointed that proper standard mounting bolts were not included. Also, the manual does not even tell you what size is needed. So in addition to making a special trip with the TV to the hardware store, you had to spend a fair amount of time trying to find out what size bolts were required.

    This is one of the worst tvs I’ve had. The firetv part of this tv lags after each button pushed. When you go back to the menu after having a show play, it continues the sound of the show for about 6 seconds while displaying the menu. And there are no buttons on the tv, not even a power button. I would return it but my dumb self got rid of the box the first night. Shame.
