Piece of crap tv. I purchased in March. I’ve had continued issues. I purchased an Insignia fire tv the same day. Both tv’s get confused with the other’s remote.

Was really excited about this tv for my mother for Christmas, but was frustrated to no ends that we could never get pass the initial setup process. Got to the selection language screen then it stayed there and would not update software. No options for help.
