Remote is the weak link
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this to replace a Samsung In the bedroom. I chose the fire tv so i could get rid of my fire stick. The weak point of this tv is the remote. The remote has to be reset almost everytime I tried to use it. I tried the remote from my insignia fire tv out my camper and it works perfect every time. I went to return the tv but it was 3 days past best buy return policy of 2 weeks. Since I didn't buy the extended warranty, Best buy was no help So basically I have a tv with a remote that doesnt work and the tv is 1 month old. Other than that the tv is fine. Decent picture and sound and easy to set up. Just be prepared for a posible non working remote.

I’m very pleased with this purchase from Best Buy. I ordered online and received sooner than expected a d they stayed in touch to make sure we didn’t need help. Love it!!!

My other tvs are smart tvs and a little easier to navigate than this fire tv based smart tv but it did have access to the apps I needed for my streaming. It takes a bit of getting used to but worked out just fine.
