    I use this as video storage for my youtube channel. Works great and is fast, lots of storage for a great price. Only complaint is its kinda of loud for a drive, but I have it outside my pc docked, so may not notice when its in a pc.

    This drive is very fast! The 7200 rpm speed gives you quick access to all of your files! I just love all of the space! It was very easy to install also!

    For an hard drive it.s fast, has lots of space, and is easy to install. It's worth the price if you're running out of room on your computer.

    I needed a larger disk and upon reading reviews of the major 2 manufacturers, I found low reliability and reduced warranty periods. Also, they use SMR technology. So I'm trying a Toshiba drive. It formatted fine (it took a while, but it is 4 TB!). It's been running over a month, and it is quiet. All I can ask now is that it lasts many years.

    Granted, my standards are low (I have a loud computer in the room anyway), but I needed to do a major backup from multiple computers and it went as fast as I could expect and without a glitch. I used it externally with a USB3 hard drive adaptor and it was quiet by my standards. For the price, that’s five stars from me. :)

    My 500GB SSD was almost full so I wanted to replace it so I did some research and decided to get this one. It loads my games acceptably fast, Not as fast as the SSD of course. It is kinda loud but only for really short burst.

    For a standard disk HDD the response time is quite quick. It's the perfect blend of value, performance, and capacity. I'll pick up another one down the road for sure!

    i got this on sale $104.00 use it for movie storage. maybe for games if i run out space on the 2nd M2 drive. its always good to have that extra storage space. and 4TB can go a long ways for that. other then that. TOSHIBA has good reviews for this platter drive.
