Best Buy called me and let me know there was something wrong with my new washer order. They were sorry and fixed the mix up and solved the problem to my satisfaction. The people at Best Buy are the Best!! the problem never became my problem ! Thanks Best Buy!!!

I replaced a Hitachi TV that was less than a year old and this one has a couple less connections, but overall is a good tv for the price.

My t.v. Is great, at an even better price. Not sure about google chrome so I'll have to do research on it. The Best Buy employees really helped me get the right t.v. I needed. Great customer service!

Great tv but dont like the fact chrome cast makes you sign up before you can use the tv. I would recomend if it didnt have chrome cast

I'm satisfied with the $400 4k TV but Chromecast is a joke. Am I really supposed to download all the apps on my phone? Drain my storage space and battery to watch TV? My next purchase will be a streaming box. I don't even understand the thought process behind Chromecast. Stupid. My Roku TV is MUCH better for apps. Roku 4 ultra is next purchase. Smh

I bought this Tv for Black Friday and it's been a really good product so far. It looks really clear and it has a built in chromecast, how awesome is that?!

Picture is great but turning the ON has added steps to pick cable or chrome. Otherwise nice TV.

Tv was purchase for my sister as a gift for all she has done for me and the response I got from her was the television is great.

This is my first 4k tv and I love it, especially for the price! The built in chromecast makes it easy playing movies from my phone to the tv as well.

The tv is gr at for the price. The only drawback is that you have to bypass this google program, but ha e gotten used to it.

The remote only lets you scroll thru the channels. There are no numbers on the remote

only one shortcoming is one screw in stand doesn't work and can not hold it really well. Everything else is perfect.

We are very pleased with our Toshiba. The picture is clear and the color true. We would definitely buy it again because the price was amazing.

All around great tv, the only downer is the chrome cast. It disconnects and it's hard to reconnect almost everytime.

Great image quality, but the tv often mismatches the audio that accompanies the video being played. One can remedy this by exiting the movie, stream, or powering down the cable box and resuming playback. Inconvenient and bothersome that I've only had the tv for a few weeks and have already begun to have issues.
