We bought 2 and are very pleased with the purchase. On delivery one was not working properly and Best Buy helped us set up an exchange with pickup of bad one and delivery of new one very quickly.

My only downside is that with it being a Fire tv is that there's no way to turn off the auto shut down. You cant even pause a show without coming back to it off.
