i read reviews stating how slow this laptop is, but I have not experienced any of it. Try running the right utilities and doing your updates. Defrag and clean your browser. It will work fine. And for the price? Great deal.

We bought this laptop for our daughter. After her old laptop stopped working, a technician recommended this brand. She uses it basically for gaming, watching Netflix, and YouTube. She really likes it and it's easy to use.

I was on the fence about buying a tower or a laptop, but the price and extras on this version sold me. It does everything I need it to. It's taken a bit of getting used to, but I really enjoy it now. If you don't need it to do more than write and surf, it's really good.

I was looking for a laptop primarily for writing, not gaming or video. This is a pretty good machine for the price. I'm not crazy about the startup process. You start with an opening screen that is jumbled with apps and you have to actually choose to go to the desktop. That's annoying. And the touchpad isn't the best. But as far as value and overall ease? This is great.

Wanted something cheap and basic; but reliable. This does it for me. Like that it includes a disk drive but have had some issues with the drive opening on a consistent basis. Also would have preferred a touch screen but didn't want to pay for one. Does not include Microsoft Office so I use Google Docs.

Nice laptop to have and get to know windows 8 . Its a little bit slow

It's not a speed machine, and won't solve world hunger... but it's a great choice for simple computing for a very reasonable price. I only needed a laptop to run a basic program for my business and it's been a great choice.

For the price nothing much needed extra to say, does what I need. Connecting to my tv and playing videos
