Pretty good size not too heavy. Basic use only....

Comparing the laptops I had before(Dell and Samsung with intel) , The boot-up and web surfer speed for this Toshiba with AMD is considerably slow.

This Toshiba laptop was economically priced for my home use to surf the net, emails and basic use at home on my lap. The laptop touch screen features are, however, in conflict with the mouse movements in that the right screen margin menu is easily triggered to pop on screen if mouse pointer gets too close to margin,,,very distracting. I also did not care for the Microsoft Windows format in its basic operating system....just my opinion.

laptop came with windows 8. horrible! now with windows 10 much better. salesperson awful!

Keyboard is so flat that I keep making typing errors. Difficult to understand home Page with all the Apps

This was perfect. I bought this for my gf and she lives it. Having office helps her so much with her business. She is thrilled with thus platform that outperforms what I expected.

This laptop is perfect for traveling. It is light weight, but has a decent size screen to read with ease. The 10-kay keyboard is great for developing reports. Love this laptop.

Purchased this for my mother who needed something to play her games, check email and play of Facebook. Works great for that. Screen was easy to read and she is enjoying it.

Laptop was purchased and set up as a gift for my grandson's High School graduation. Setup was at best a roaring pain! I had to create a Microsoft account for him; as the laptop could not even be booted without establishing his link to the MS Cloud. Had this been a purchase for myself; the laptop would have been returned to Best Buy.

Better to invest an additional $50 to get a faster processor. The computer is very slow (my 6 year old one is faster) and the key pad usually needs multiple strikes before registering. Won't play any video from the web. Still using my old one most of the time.

The computer is okay would like for the speakers to be louder but it will do.

Great computer, we got this for my daughter's graduation present. She loves it. The computer has everything she needs. Would recommend this item.

Hard to navigate with Windows 8, hard time recognizing new devices

I purchased this laptop for my kids and it is the perfect speed and size for doing homework and playing games and watching movies!

This is the best purchase yet from Best Buy. Glad I finally got service from them. Left one store and went to another and BAM!!!

Great value! The only Con is limited connectivity with wifi, a common problem with windows 8.1. Google for the fix.

I was kind of disappointed with this laptop. It has the touch screen capabilities but is soooooo slow, I would have rather spend more on a non touch screen laptop instead. Also the sound quality is pretty poor.
