I have had problems from day 1. It's also uncomfortable to use. I should have taken it back but ai think its too late.

Not sure if the laptop we got was a dud but, after only owning it for three and a half weeks, it would not turn on. The fact that Best Buy would not do ANYTHING for us after only 26 days after purchase really upset me. Apparently, your laptop must break in less than 15 days unless you're willing to spend an extra $100 for Best Buy's warranty. I will NEVER shop there again.

EXTREMELY slow and laggy. You get what you pay for I guess.

This was my first Toshiba purchase and it was not a good one. I had the laptop less than a week and it was slow on the internet, had trouble connecting to the internet and would not play videos. After having a technician look at it twice and no improvement it was exchanged for a different laptop of a different brand..

This was fun 2 use until after 2 weeks of use, the keyboard would not communicate with the monitor. Long problem thread: it's a bug Toshiba has had for years w/of fixing. Silly me didn't get the service contract. So I can send it back to Toshiba, & wait 2 months or pay to fix it here.

I have had Satellites in the past and loved them, but I got a blue screen of death with this one within 10 days of having it and had all kinds of glitchy issues with connectivity. I returned it and went for something quite a bit more pricey. You really do get what you pay for!

Awesome product. No problems easy to use and exactly what I needed!

This has to be the worse laptop I've bought in years. I was a loyal Toshiba customer, this deal has made me rethink that loyalty. I will not buy another Toshiba. This "deal" was very misleading and once you buy it you're screwed!

I really like this computer. It's good for surfing the web and using Microsoft functions.

it just doesn't seem to work right. everything is slow the processor all of it

Bought this for my son with the Intus touch drawing pad. After 2 months the system crashed and had to be returned to Best Buy for a 2-3 week diagnostic before they would even replace it.

I have been a Toshiba fan for many years but my last purchase was a real disappointment. Poor network performance that the Geek Squad couldn't even fix. Returned it for an HP. Happy now.

Aint worth a quarter let alone what i paid for it. Freezes up. Mouth disappears and wont reappear. Good thing I brought it as a temporary replacement.

I bought it because we needed one for the house. It's ok for basic wed surfing. Other than that, that's all its good for.

let's just say, you get what you pay for. this price was right on target for what i got. needless to say i returned it.

could not play farmville and had a harder time doing anything on line returned laptop

I returned it.I did not like it at all. I would not recommend this lap top.

Motherboard was messed up, and had to be sent off.
