This computer does everything I ask it too and I still cant max it out. I read some wifi issues, but I havent had any problem with mine. I do have the maxed out hardware, so its possible that it is different. I cant be any more satisfied with my purchase.

Meets most of my needs, but there are visual problems when running some programs. Icons, text boxes and in some cases text are too small, which make it difficult to view. Not sure if this is a windows 10 or Toshiba problem. Tech support from software vendors I have contacted, tell me that it is due to the UHD screen and 'they are working on it'.????? Other than the above computer is great at a great price

This is a great laptop. The SSD makes a huge difference in start up time.

I bought this computer for my wife in September of 2015, and it is used mainly for work, there are no games or anything like that installed. in the last week the laptop buttons have started to malfunction. I bought this more expensive laptop thinking it would do better than my last Toshiba that lasted 6 months. I am very disappointed in this computer and the company.

So I bought this Toshiba P55W-C5212-4K model 2 weeks ago and boy I got to say it's amazing. Here are the PROs:- 1- The 4K screen is amazing 2- The speed (due to the SSD) is incredibly fast 3- The 2in1 design is really sleek 4- Comes with windows 10 (yes I know it's standard now) 5- It runs very smooth and it is super quiet. CONs:- Really the only issue I seem to have with this Laptop is the internet connection. For some reason it keeps on disconnecting multiple time an hour. Yes an hour. If for example I need to use my laptop for 3 hours, the connection will disconnect at least 10 times and so i'll have to manually connect it again just to have the same problem again in 15 minutes. It's frustrating. Nonetheless, I gave this model (P55W-C5212-4K) 4 stars because apart from the above mentioned issue, it's great!

Computer wouldn't work after doing updates. Might have been Windows 10, and not the computer itself. I ended up purchasing a different laptop instead.

I ordered this computer from bestbuy.com, as soon as I received it in the mail I tried to install Norton. It needed to restart so I did but then it got stuck in a restart loop, I had to do a system restore several times. I tried calling the "Geek Squad" which was a complete waste of time, they were of no help. I figured out myself that it was a Windows problem so I installed and windows updates which took more than 18 hours. After all the updates installed the computer runs great. As far as customer service goes for best buy I'd give them a 1 star.

I've recently purchased this laptop and have only had it for just over a day now, but I couldn't be happier with it. I've started a new semester in school and love how responsive the touch screen is, and HD movies couldn't look better. This thing is crazy fast, even with several apps and programs running at the same time.
