I like my protection plan. Always very easy to use and get service.

It works sometimes. It works great sometimes, & it always involves long delays, disconnections, and if you use chat you are always told to call. If you call, you are typically transferred 3 to 4 times & I have had again tonight ““dropped connections”. So, get relaxed, keep a notebook of when you called, show up for some of your appointments & you can get value for your money. Value for your time is another matter. If you reach out to a store you have to put certain codes into the phone , like an extension, to get through, and that does not work much either. The technical knowledge is available, obtaining it Is the ‘win’. Reminds me of playing a very dull video game, you have to do it over & over to get any better at it, but it really is not fun.

I love the benefits of this support. I love the free labor cost for install on vehicles services etc... Only complaint is that it includes free virus protection of up to 3 devices. I've been paying for years and recently found this out. They do not send notification or a code or info on how to keep your devices protected or to maintain the virus package. I will call here in upcoming weeks and find details on how to access this information and update my post. Overall they are great. Been a member for over 8 years.

GeekSquad is the best repair service in the entire universe. They are all knowledgeable about any problem that happens and can correct any problem with any device in my home. The yearly cost for online service and in-home repair is worth the price. There are additional features included in the yearly fee that are too numerous to mention.

I would be TOTALLY LOST without my Total Tech Support! I believe this is my approximate 8th year of relying on them to keep my computers in top running condition. I started using them as a graduate student working on late,night papers. I find, after all these years, that they continue providing quality, affordable service.

I like option to obtain tech support almost anytime needed; either in person or remote. Staff have always been polite and knowledgeable...and patient. Also like virus protector covered in these monthly payments. Would rate 5 but sometimes even if you're in store with the equipment they require you to set appointment then come back later. This is not convenient but overall, good service!

The hp 6255 printer is a great buy. It is less expensive than most other brands but most importantly it prints quality pictures with vibrant colors. Compared this with a Canon pixma also but returned it due to terrible looking pictures and complicated set up with picture paper to be fed in a back feeder that needs to be pulled out every time - its a terrible design and difficult to use. LOVE my hp printer, pc and laptop!!

Never regret all my purchases on electronics especially Laptops.Bestbuy in the best store for me when buying electrinics and home appliances in general. Grid squad services of best buy ..sinply the best.Their repair service is satisfactory. Best buy Grid squad took care of my Desk top and feels like it's New again.

I bought this service with a new car stereo and back up camera. It paid for both installations. Then I took my slow operating laptops into Geek Squad, they did all work to fix them. No charge. I keep it for using for new appliance installations also. I would recommend.

There are tech associates that are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They have always solved my computer problem. I find getting through to schedule via the phone doesn't work, but I usually don't have to wait long when I just go to the store.

I like the way the Geek Squad technicians are always so helpful when I need technology advice. We also get our desk tops cleaned on a regular basis. I love getting help with all my devices

I love this service. I’m going to buy the warranty anyway so why not save 20 percent. Car stero I stallation is free, watch or phone protectors put on for free. I love it I recommend it to everyone!

This plan is great to have if you own multiple devices. There are several computers at our home and I have already brought two of them for service. The plan paid for itself and I've had it about 2 yrs.

Bought a brand new PC. It had some glitches from the get-go... So I was very happy that I was covered. They talked to me on the phone, great customer service, and helped me troubleshoot. Now all is well. Couldn't be happier

I love the fact that I am always just a chat away for assistance, and for tune-ups or removing viruses I don't have to leave home. Friendly and helpful service from tech support. I highly recommend.

So glad I signed up for the tech support plan. The support from the technicians has reduced the frustrations I formerly had with I T glitches. Thank you Geek Squad.

I get a computer tune-up free every three months and it is so easy and really make a difference. I get BB discounts on extended warranties too. Very well worth the money.
