Eventually I discovered much needed help was right around the corner and free of charge when my laptop crashed containing documents needed to run my home as well as my business interests. Best Buy took the device, exported all the files I so desperately needed and made setting up my new device seamless.

Peace of Mind

As a Loss, is very difficult, when your item is no longer functioning properly. Not only is this a Peace of Mind product/service. But also the Efficiency & Effectiveness of Best Buys Geek Squad Service, is incredible in itself. I have used these Services for about 15 years and am so pleased to have this Protection, on items of importance to me.

They don't charge me for coming to my house. They just installed my new Sony TV at no cost to me. It's a win win for me. Thank-you Geek Squad

I like the Total Tech support because I can take my kid's computer in with what might seem like an "I could figure this out but I'd be really annoyed by the end of two hours" type of issue, and they will fix it or check it in while I stand there with my cup of coffee. Totally worth it.

I Love My Total Tech Support Membership

When problems arise I simply contact the Geek Squad by computer or phone and I quickly get the help I need. The service covers both of my computers plus other appliances in my home for a very reasonable yearly price. I recommend Total Tech Support membership to all computer owners. Inclusion of the Webroot Secure Anywhere Software for internet security makes it an excellent total computer support service.

I like the professional service, the knowledge, the helpfulness of all the squad members who have provided service to me. The service is getting better and better. I am 86, got my first computer in 1980; used to know and do it all. Changes have been too fast for me, Geek Squad helps me be able to stay, at least, able to do what I need. Many thanks to all of them.

Full range coverage, no matter where you bought it

I had completely forgotten that my Total Tech Support includes service of all my tech and appliances NO MATTER WHERE THEY WERE PURCHASED. Very convenient. They were able to quickly schedule service techs to do the work, and even charged less than any quote I had received from plumbers. Great job, Best Buy!

Best Buy has Savvy Techs

I like being able to solve problems from home without always needing to carry my devices into the store. I also like that they respond to my call for help promptly.

Total tech support

We originally got it to defray some of the delivery and installation costs for new kitchen appliances. It did come in handy when our washing machine stopped working and someone was sent out at reduced cost to look at and if possible repair it. However, be warned that while the service includes coverage for appliances you did not purchase from BB, they don't seem to know that, and it took several calls and reference to the wording in the contract to make that happen. In the event it turned out we needed a new machine, and the guy they sent generously declined to charge us for his visit.

I find the support whether in-store, on the phone, or in our home as OUTSTANDING! It makes things great when having the ability to get that skilled technical support. I can say without any doubts the multiple uses of the Total Tech Support have been professional, highly skilled techs, and respectful of time, our home, and our equipment.

The annual fee more than compensates for the many times I've used the tech services for my laptop. Every time I've used Best Buy tech services, the level of customer services is always excellent, the tech service representatives have always been professional and helpful, and the turnaround has always been timely and thorough. I will not use any other tech services for the price or lesser price. Best Buy is the BEST!

GREATEST TECH SERVICE AT A GREAT PRICE!

We purchased tech support for both homes and it's the best thing we have done to get connected. The Florida home is a new build and the techs have come out to help with each and every item we purchased. They even help trouble shoot issues with the Cat 6 that the builder's electrician messed up. Can't say enough. My husband and I recommend the Geek Squad to help solve any tech problems one may have. No more stress trying to figure it out ourselves!

Worth it for the security

Our tv mounting was flawless and the guys cleaned up nicely afterwards. I've taken in a laptop that kept popping up an error and was running very sluggish. It came back without the popup, but I think the sluggishness is just because it's old. I tried to have them fix the microphone on my phone and couldn't get anyone in the Willilamsburg area to look at it because it was too old (Samsung S10+).

True Bargain

I took my 3 computers in for service and I could not have asked for better, prompt service, whether at my local Best Buy or through their on-line service. The price of this contract is unbelievable and certainly the best value for the money. Previously I had paid as much as this contract costs to have one computer worked on one time by other service companies. I renewed this contract for another year and plan to renew it when it expires again.

Just makes sense

However, devices aren't built the same way they used to be - I know I sound cliche saying that, but it's true. Also, the handheld Switch that I bought it essentially a mini computer, so lots of components to consider. I also worry about dropping it and just generally being clumsy. For the price of the Switch and the extra protection, it just made sense. I really enjoy the Switch and want it to last, so it's great peace of mind for both internal and external coverage.

Best thing I ever did

Since I am not the most tech savvy person in the world this is the smartest thing I have ever done when it comes to my computer and other devices. If I have to take my computer into the store that has never been an issue. However, being able to live chat with the Geek Squad when I am not able to do so is a wonderful benefit. Everyone is/has been wonderful....they never make you feel like you are anything but computer literate.

Great coverage for all of my electronics

Recently I used the in-home service to install a second WiFi mesh extender on my network which requires more network expertise. With the plan the fee for this service was very reasonable and well worth it, especially since the agent spent the extra time to make sure everything worked properly and cleaned up some other minor network issues in the process.

They have always answered our questions and resolved any issues we have had! My wife and I are very comfortable with computers but Best Buy tech's knowledge is far above our knowledge and understanding!

Total Tech equals expertise

I have to add also to be personable and to have patience with all the questions someone trying to but a home theater has. I had some trials and error with purchases that were returned because I first didn’t ask the questions I needed to. Best Buy stands by their return process and then worked with me once i talked to Total tech and they understood what I wanted.

We all need a little help

If the first person I speak with doesn't know now to resolve this problem, it is refered to a second level team. Sometimes, it can take a couple of hours before the second level responds. Sometimes the technician calls from India. Yet, if you are persistant, you can usually work with at least one individual who resolves the problem. The reason I only give the rating 4 stars is that it can takes several days before somone know what to do to help.
