IN THE BEGINNING, THE TECH SUPPORT WAS FANTASTIC!! EASE OF TALKING WITH LOCAL TECH SUPPORT PEOPLE WAS GREAT AND VERY INFORMATIVE. HOWEVER, SOME OF THE OVERSEAS OPERATORS ARE NOT EASILY UNDERSTOOD AND THEREFORE CAN'T HELP RESOLVE THE PROBLEM. IT REQUIRED ME CALLING BACK AND HOLDING LONG TIMES UNTIL I GOT SOMEONE I COULD COMMUNICATE WITH IN ENGLISH. THEY KNOW THEIR STUFF! NO DOUBT.

Best Buy Total Tech Support has been a lifesaver! One of our children has a habit of having "mysterious" issues with their laptop. Best Buy has taken care of everything, quickly and completely. With all of the tech in our household (2 desktops, 6 laptops, plus other assorted tech) this is an investment that pays off.

I have used the total tech support for some time. The techs are very good. Contacting them via phone can be slow. And setting up appointments may have you wait 1-3 days for an appointment. Discounts available with Total Tech do not apply to all of Best Buys products or services. Despite the inconveniences mentioned I have repurchased Total Tech Support. This time thru my wife to get a 10% credit towards a future purchase

I have been pleased with the availability and the expertise of the people at Geek Squad. Over the course of this past year (Fall 2020 to Fall 2021) there was only one instance in which I had not been satisfied was when the boy who answered, did not, in fact, have the requisite expertise and failed to escalate or refer to someone else who did.

I have had a Geek Squad membership for 13 years straight and can honestly say they have NEVER let me down. No matter what product you buy they keep it running perfectly for you. I've never asked a question they have not been able to answer. I have used them in store in in home and am amazed at the knowledge of these folks. Always professional, courteous and up on the latest tech gadget.

Total Tech support is great. It covers all of my devices. I get a discount if the Geek Agent set up my printer. I did not have to pay for delivery of my new stove, and the Geeks are now trained to repair appliances whether or not they were purchased at Best Buy. They are knowledgeable, and the cost is less than I used to pay for outside appliance repair

I have been purchasing the Total Tech Support options for years...with 3 high end TV's, computers ,I-phones, printers, I-Pads, laptops, sound equipment, controllers, etc., AND having moved 3 times over the past 7 years...having this support come in, take it all down & reinstall back into the new location...then readjust or replace anything with no questions asked is unbeatable!

The Tech support is really good, that I had two computers with issues. The first was an old laptop that needed to fixed and reinstall software and tha second was a new laptop that needed additional programs installed & important files transferred from old laptop to the new one before my wife headed to the Mainland to help put family. Was Great service.

I purchased Total Tech Support for my parents when I bought a computer for them. The bonus perks and ease of use for any issues that pop up from time to time more than make up for the cost. In fact, because of the number of devices that can benefit from the support in their home, this investment has more than paid for itself.

If you live close to a Best Buy this is a MUST HAVE, Besy Buy have been out to install home theater, sound bars to Dishwasher this year all included in this package. We also found Tech Support very helpful for our desktop & cleaning out an old laptop. I had this service billed to my credit card for at least last 8+ years,, highly recommend.

My household has used Geek Squad and Best Buy for over a decade. This is a great service between these two companies that improves even when there is some crisis in the market such as COVID19. The team is there to provide service and support. Though there are times when it is busy, it is great to know that the next person is there to help when the line is freed. Great team! Great service!

Over several years I have enjoyed Tech Support service, but the plan has been changed to just one choice. I have only experienced one exception to the usual excellent customer service I receive from Tech Support staff. I continue to purchase the yearly membership because I can reach out at any time for assistance. This last year I have noticed that wait times have increase quite a bit, but I would still recommend the convenience of having a "geek squad" there when I need them.

I enjoy this service, I’ve only had one complaint in the many times I’ve used it. The tech they sent out was a contract and not a Geek Squad member, he wasn’t very helpful and seemed a bit lost in what to do. A few days later I had to have another Geek Squad member come out and fix what he did. As long as it’s an actual member of the their team and not a contractor I’ve been pleased.

I bought a new phone. I have two jobs and several projects. I have three houses, and live in two different states. I am not tech skilled. My Best Buy friends ARE very helpful, in both Tulsa, Oklahoma and Duluth Minnesota. But, the phone thing? That was above and beyond. Absolutely amazing support and assistance.

I have been a member of Total Tech support for several years and can always depend on quality support from the Geek Squad 24/7. They are always happy to help and offer quality service. I know I can depend on their help whenever it is needed.

I have had the Total tech support package for several years and will never be without it as long as I rely on technology. Knowing that whenever I need assistance, I can depend upon the Geek Squad for remedial action with all the costs covered is, to me, worth the cost of the Total Tech Support plan. I will never be without it.

Total tech support is worth every penny. I’ve had it for 2 years now. I have used it for installations, software fixing and hardware replacement. I had tv mounted, Ring security set up, many questions asked. It is very easy to use. I have a cpu that is 7 years old. I was going to recycle it. I took it to Geek Squad and had it wiped. It works great now.
