    Easy to use for my younger child so that he can say in contact with me and still take pictures/play games. Will need an SD card to DL more than a few games.

    ... in the Best Buy product description under "Product Features" it says "Use your smartphone as a mobile hotspot Share your 4G data connection with other compatible wireless devices" ... I couldn't figure out how to do it so I contacted Geek Squad & they advised me that this device CAN NOT be used as a hot spot ... so the phone is going back ... If you need a phone that also works as a hotspot, this is not the phone for you
