Had this about a month and its working fine. Coffee is a little stronger and a little hotter than our old Kurig. It brews quickly. When its already warm, the coffee starts flowing in a matter of seconds and a cup is ready in 15 to 20 seconds. When cold, you add another 10 to 15 seconds. The large water reservoir is nice, but its located in the back of the unit, so not as easy to access as the Kurig. So, instead of pulling it out to fill like we used to do, we leave it in place and fill it from a pitcher. We selected this, because it will work with any k-cups we buy. I was not interested in trying to figure out what would and would not work, while shopping in the store. Seemed from reviews that the new Kurigs do not brew as fast as the old ones either. I just don't want to wait minutes for a cup of coffee. I noticed others had mentioned reliability problems with this unit, so I also got the replacement plan from BestBuy, just in case. However, its been about 4 weeks and all seems to operating just fine.

This is my second Touch-1 and it was a no-brainer deciding. I was pleased with the ease of operation, the different cup sizes, and different brew strengths. Eash fillup and easy cleanup. Quick brewing is great when you're waiting for that first-morning coffee buzz.

best buy rep said she owned this one, and it is hotter coffee and faster... IT IS. This is a good one.

This was my first Coffee maker I purchased, I did a lot of on-line research of different makes and models and kept coming back to this one. The reviews of others who had purchased it and the details and specifications were the clincher. It is very easy to use, very quick, and I am very pleased.

My wife and I love our coffee. We have had a Cuisinart and Keurig makers in the past, but I wanted something that gave us more options. I like the fact that this machine allows you to choose strength and cup/water size. My only issue is that the water temp could be hotter. Curiously, Touch touts its brew temperature. It is not that the coffee brews cold/warm, but the coffee doesn't stay hot as long as it did when brewed with our other single serve coffee makers. Also, the machine does not stay on and you need to turn it on for it to brew each time. (I suspect that this affects the water temp). Nonetheless, it is a nice coffee maker and I would recommend it with the caveat above.

Had this thing for a while now and I love it. Had to replace our old Kurig that died, and decided on this one, because I was confused about which Kurig models worked with with cartridges. This one works with all of them, so it was a no brainer -- it works great with K-cup cartridges and more. Beyond that I am impressed that it has so many fill sizes, can even do a caraf (and came with one). Carafs need a large size coffee cartridge. The coffee it self seems a tad richer in flavor than our old Kurig too.

Our old Keurig died and needed to be replaced so naturally I looked at the newer 2.0 versions. All of the reviews said that they didn't get the coffee as hot as their previous models. I'm sure somebody burned themselves and they lowered the setting so you now get lukewarm coffee. My wife drinks coffee so hot you can burn a hole in your tongue. So I looked for a machine that would produce molten lava for her. This machine accepts your K-cups with no issue and produces a nice hot cup. Its the best thing I could get her and she's happy with it.

I was so sick of Keurig and wanted something different. I really did some research and I landed on this one and I love it. It works so good, I'm just waiting for it to break but it is going strong. I was kind of concerned about reviews saying the coffee would splatter but I have had zero issues. I am buying another for a gift. Love it. Uses any K-cup, unlike Keurig that has all kinds of restrictions on the K-cups

This coffee maker makes very good coffee. The coffee tastes a little better than the Keurig machine and while you can use K cups they are not required (YES!). I refill used K cups with good coffee. The machine warms up quickly. The actual coffee making process has a couple of steps because there is a ground shocking step with a little hot water. The coffee comes out a little hotter than the K machine, but not too hot. Altogether a great purchase!

Makes a very hot quick cup of coffee. Easy to remove water resivoire to refill or can leave attached & pour water in. So far no negative issues. It looks nice on counter & doesn’t take up a lot of space.

Brews very HOT coffee. Better that the Keurig we have at work. Takes a little longer to brew but that is not an issue to me. The extra time is because it heats on demand, this saves a bunch of electricity.

I was trying to decide between the keurig and the one touch after some research I ended up going with the one touch it does brew a good hot cup of coffee. 2 months in and haven't had any problems.

My husband is disabled and it is easy for him to use, he isn't the most patient person on the planet, I also like the extra large water reservoir.

Good solid K-Cup maker which is getting overworked by a hardworking wife! She adores it and says she drinks coffee for OUR safety!

This touch coffee maker is one of the best on the market it brews a hot great cup of coffee. We just love it.

This model is odd, but made very nice Keurig cups, whether pre-made or 'fill it yourself'. That is, until it rapidly died. After a couple of months. Still under warranty, I worked with the manufacturer. We tried and tested various things. They realized it needed to be replaced. And within 36 hours I had a brand new one at my door. They were great about it, and it's working. That's all I can report.

This will be a replacement for the Touch that I purchased here two yrs ago. I appreciate it so much that when it started to have problems, I immediately ordered another. Haven't used the new one yet because the older one started working again. Only four stars because two yrs doesn't seem long enough for it to be failing.
