I bought this coffee maker before for home and liked everything that it has that Keurig doesn't have. Over 9 months and the 1st Touch is still great, so when it was time to replace the office Keurig, it was a no brainer. And everyone in the office likes it better than the old Keurig.

Never had a Keurig before to compare this unit to, but I can attest that after 1 month of use it makes a consistently hot, not-too-noisy brew of great-tasting coffee!

Great size options, heats up quickly, but does not heat real hot. That may be a consumer protection thing, but I like my coffee steaming...

We bought this coffee maker because we have had multiple cuisinart coffee makers break on us. So far this one is doing fine...

Within brewing the first 10 cups the machine misfired (errors) 40% of the time! It ended up that the brew needles needed to be cleaned! The cleaning tool was not labelled as such as looked like a piece of packaging...I threw it away! A K tech helped me through cleaning the needles and the machine has worked well. The controls are not at all intuitive. We use K-cups that we load our own coffee into. Hard to find what brew # to select and then once I found the right brew #, to set the cup size took some fumbling. Great machine...but Kuerig needs to do some better research on the user interface and how a consumer goes from opening the box to brewing their first cup of coffee.

I was very much looking forward to this coffee maker, but was immediately disappointed upon taking it out of its box. The machine is much larger than implied on the website and was quite an eyesore on the kitchen counter (and it was too tall to store in any kitchen cabinet). Additionally, all that bulk provided hardly any perks. Coffee maker has just 3 brew settings and yet 5 cup size settings, which with each added oz. only served to produce a more diluted beverage. Returned it right away

I love the lines of the design. I feel a lot of time went into creating this coffee maker. As I start it up every morning I feel it looks like an Apple product! Very furturistic and very clean looking. Works with any K-cup even the generic K-cups, Coffee is hot, Brews fast, Strong tasting coffee, Big water tank so no need to keep refilling the water tank. I would buy again and for family members! Thanks Best Buy for having something other than the Kureig.

I decided to get a new coffee maker when my Keurig had mold on the inside in its water heating chamber (i moved and didn't use the Keurig for 3 months and didn't know that it keeps some water inside of itself.). I didn't trust cleaning it out with vinegar or bleach plus it was 3 years old. I started looking up products when i came across reviews on the touch brand. So after reading some good reviews and going to the store to check it out i decided on a touch t214b. When I brought it home took it out of the box to plug it in and instantly see if it could really brew a cups of coffee in 1 minute like it said. My keurig took 3 minutes from dead cold to brew a cup so i figured that was normal. Man was i wrong this thing brews from being off and cold to a full cup in 1 minute. It also brews a nice hot cup which helps keep my coffee warm while i drive into work. the coffee tastes stronger than on the Keurig which is perfect i love a good full taste in my coffee. I was going to give it 4 stars based on the height of the machine but then i realized its the same height as my old keurig so just make sure you have good cabinet clearance for when it opens. For all your big coffee drinkers like me it holds 90oz of water in the tank so i can make alot of cups of coffee before i have to refill which is nice in the morning. Also, I was worried all my old k cups I bought on amazon wouldn't work in this but they all did. So whoo I didn't have to give away like 100 kcups.

I love this brewer. I took it out of the box and within a few minutes of filling up the water I had a HOT cup of coffee. I have had a brewer from K-Cup before and I was not pleased with the end product. The Touch brewer is fast, hot and the choices you get are wonderful. The coffee comes out much stronger and hotter than my old brewer. My wife can also make a mild cup the way she likes it. Huge water tank is a big plus!! Also, my favorite coffee isn't an approved capsule for my old K-Cup brewer. The Touch will brew any K-Cup or generic being sold today.

I've used the Keurig coffee makers at work and have always been frustrated with them. They take a long time to heat up and make a miserably weak cup of coffee. The Touch coffee maker has none of these problems. It instantly is ready when turned on, and makes a delicious cup of dark, bold coffee if you want it. Using the 8 oz brew button and Cafe Verona Starbucks's pods, the coffee tastes like I got it from the coffee shop. But it can easily make a weaker cup if you prefer, and comes with a refillable cup if you want to use your own grounds instead of k-cups. I did that for a few weeks to use up the coffee grounds I had and was very happy with how easy it was to rinse out and the coffee it made. The carafe for making multiple cups at once works well, but is not the most beautiful or sturdy looking thing. It's made out of brown plastic. I mostly use the coffee maker for making single cups with k-cup pods and rejoice every day that I found this coffee maker!

I had to replace my "old" single-serve coffee brewer and saw the reviews on this one. I was never happy with my old one, since the coffee was never hot / strong enough for me. The reviews on this one were very good, so I thought I would give it a shot. One Word: WOW! Finally, a single-serve coffee maker that gets my coffee hot enough and strong enough. I also like that I can use the coffee that I have already purchased as well. This is the first coffee brewer I would recommend to others..period.

This is sold as a Deluxe Unit, but it is plain, basic and blows the lids of the K-Cup Pod giving you a cup of Coffee Poop. If you like chewing coffee grounds, this is the unit for you.

I bought this coffee maker after using a friend's single serve maker. This unit comes in slightly more expensive than the entry-level Keurig, but my friend had complaints about the longevity of his machine so I hope this one will last longer. LIkes: -fresh, hot coffee on demand -large water reservoir -drip tray is removable so I can brew coffee right into my travel mug -compatible with any brand of K-cup Dislikes: -Doesn't come with a starter pack of K-cups -Some status lights would be nice so you could see when it's hating up (though it brews so fast I can't really take a star off for that) Summary: If it lasts longer than my friend's Keurig, it's money well spent for good, hot coffee.

I have had 5 Keurig K-Pod coffee makers. They never lasted more than a couple of years. I was upset when Keurig made it so I could only use their k-cup approved pods. This Touch model is fantastic. I can use any pod from anyone. I can get the larger sizes. I especially like the 12 oz. and ability to do 14 oz. cup sizes. I wasn't sure about not having the programing features available, but that doesn't matter. This Touch is faster than the Keurig when it starts. I like not having it on all the time for "X" number of hours. The Touch is great. Turn it on, put the sugar in my cup, put under the spout and within a few seconds the coffee is dispersed. Faster than Keurig starting. My wife loves this cup of coffee, she wants "mild". I choose "strong" in the morning; "medium" the rest of the day. What great options, I don't have to make a smaller or larger cup than I want to get the right strength. When the Keurig dies in my office, I will replace it with this machine. Story - I opened the box & tried it out at my office. Everyone told me to leave it and take the old Keurig instead - yes, it is that good! I think the office Keurig is going to have a premature death.

Works with any k-cup even the generic k-cups. The coffee brews quickly and is very quiet while brewing. The water tank is also HUGE, which I enjoy for large gatherings.

Recently purchased the Touch to replace our Kuerig that is no longer working. The Touch brews a great HOT cup of coffee. Love that I can use any k-pack with this machine. Happy with my purchase!

Got this brewer recently and what I love the most about it is that it brews the coffee at a hotter temperature, which seems to bring out more flavor in the coffee I drink. I also love the big water reservoir...Way bigger than my current brewer. Love this product!

After all these great reviews and with my Kuerig starting to die I thought this was would be a nice upgrade. Well it looks great and does heat the coffee faster but I see no difference in the taste of the coffee. I like the 90 oz. water container as a plus. On the down side after the coffee is brewed it still drips a few drops on the base where the Kuerig never did.

Love the large cup capacity! Coffee stayed hotter longer. liked that it was so much faster and I can use k cups in a pinch!!
