Yes, like all other reviewers of this Touch coffee maker I was excited about this unit based on reviews. And yes, for the first 6 months is worked great. However, nearing almost a year, it would stop sucking up water to make coffee. Before that it started "throwing up" coffee grounds. I contacted Touch and they were less than helpful or concerned. Never again will I buy some unknown, off-brand coffee maker. Save yourself some frustration and go with a Keurig, Cuisinart or Breville.

I loved this single cup maker for the 7 months it worked. First new one died and would not pump water to the cup, even with cleaning and bottled water. 2nd replacement unit never worked as well as the new and died for the same reason, pump, after 2 months. 2nd one was within warranty year, but decided not to replace and sadly bought a Keurig.
