I bought this lock because I thought it would be faster to open than a combination lock....wrong! It takes quite a few tries before it opens. I’m glad I only bought one.

I had to give oneStar but this is the worst purchase I’ve ever made never was able to get their fingerprints and search work one time following directions step-by-step even called customer service and nothing through the lock away

Good technology but could be sturdier and better built more like a master lock

It took me a while to get this set up. Allow time and patience to register your prints.

Battery on this lasts a really long time. I’ve only had to charge it maybe 3 times since owning one. Wish there was an app integration though for easier use

Lock was working fully charged couple days, then just stopped scanning any of registered fingers. Nothing worked to unlock. Have to use physical force to open it. I wouldn't trust that brand anymore

I love this little lock so much. I have my trash cans locked with a cable and I can attend to them without having to carry keys. Wish they had a heavier duty version.

Not as simple as you’d expect. Couldn’t get it to set more than one print and not great at reading a fingerprint once set. Almost couldn’t get it off my locker in the gym, took 10 trues for it to read my finger print and unlock.

I followed the instructions and tried for hours, it didn’t take my fingerprints, I also tried clear all fingerprints and reset, it still didn’t work. After trying for two days, I gave up. Wasted money and wasted time.

After less than 30 days of use it stopped charging.

Really handy device to use on my gate to my back yard. Don't have to remember where the key is or what the combination is. Pretty darn cool.

I use this lock for my work locker, and so far its been awesome. I haven't even had to charge it once since i bought it.

Surprisingly great! A lot of people said that this is hard to set up, I didn't see that at all.

This was super easy to use and set up. The technology is amazing and I can add users to the program so we can all access the lock. Simple and effective, I would recommend to others.

I love the idea of using fingerprint on a lock. I have several lock which I always have to try all the password combinations I usually use. It takes like forever. But with this one, I can open it in less than a second and I believe it’s safer than any other lock! I also love the simple design of this lock, wish it comes in more colors. I’ll come back and update my review if I notice anything else!

I recently bought one small egg shape fingerprint lock on Amazon and found it super cute and easy to use, so I purchased another one today for my husband as father’s day gift. This lock is the greatest lock I have ever used since it’s convenient and it allows me to share with other people by adding additional fingerprints. It’s safe and I never have to worry about losing my stuff any more!

I disagree with the lower ratings. I tried to put two finger prints in and it all went pretty smooth. I've been using this on my gym locker and suitcases for months. So far so good. Im purchasing another one for my dad and saw the ratings and feel like sharing my experience xoxo

So easy to use and I love it! I know nothing about tech things but just read the instruction and set it up successfully. The finger print could be a little tricky at first, but it’s all good once you get used to it. Just love this product overall.
