I gave this one a try and to be honest i did so because it was on sale and got 2 of them for less then I got one from " Top" competitors. I am Glad I did. The easiest plug to connect and I know have it for a few months without ones losing connection. Strongly recommend it

Good design...but I wonder
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Tp-link smart plugs are the onIy brand I own so I cannot say whether they are more or less reliable than others. All of mine tend to fall off wifi occasionally and the only way to reconnect is to physically unplug and plug back in. Very annoying and not very smart. The overall design is good and they allow both top and bottom outlets to be used. The Kasa app that controls them is excellent. These work with both Echo and Good Home Assistant.
