Works Great with Alexa. Plugged my Xmas tree to it

Great invention. Do you remember the clapper. This is much better. No more clapping your hands together to turn your light on. This New plug is so smart. Gives your multiple uses. Blue tooth towards your phone. Say Hey Alexa turn on the Christmas lights .

Using the Kasa app on my android, was able to find and pair the plug easily. I'm using it on lamps around the house, so have been able to remotely turn on/off and schedule them for away within the Kasa app as well as the Google Home app. The only parts I'm not liking so much is that sometimes the plug isn't found right away in the apps and that the plug gives a loud clicking sound when turning on/off.

better than the WeMo devices I've tried before and easier

This is great to use when you are away from home and can remotely turn the lights on to make it seem like someone is there.

bought these for Christmas lights. Works awesome on you're wifi. I could leave work and come home to my Christmas lights being on. Also used them when on vacation. Was able to turn on our lamps at random times from another state. Great buy and easy to set up and use

I have 5 of these plugs. They are a bit large, but not ridiculous. You can still use the other plug in a standard household wall plug. Gets a little crowded on a power strip. Connects easy. Goes offline sometimes, but always comes back on without needing any intervention on my part. I also have a TP-Link wifi light switch which works well. The app is decent and I am able to connect the Kasa app to Google Home and use Google Assistant to do all the scheduling.

The device was time consuming with problems getting it to connect with my iPhone. Also the device won’t hold the settings so it has been removed and will be returned

Love love love this! I used it for my Christmas trees. It was a pleasure telling Alexa to "turn Christmas on" and my Christmas trees along with my smart colored lights bulbs would turn on in theme with the holiday. Equally as enjoyable well I told it "turn Christmas off".
