I am waiting for the Hub to become wireless, than it will be cheaper to buy that instead of a zillion TP-Links for throughout the condo.

Most of the time the generic versions are very hard but. I dont think so on this one

Stable but relatively low power rating

Only downside so far is the low power rating which makes plugging in a small-ish motor questionable due to starting currents.
