    Occasionally a metallic sounding voice and echo if I'm calling from the wrong spot. Not quite the same as my voice, sometimes I hear the same. It's really tower reception or battery low, has not much to do with quality of phone. Or does it. Needs to be broken in.

    I can’t figure out how to use all the things on the phone. I had wanted a simple phone to use in an emergency, find directions . The directions the phone gave me was through a construction zone and when we went a safer way the phone kept leading us back to the construction zone. So, I’ll think twice about looking for directions. I would have returned the phone if I could have. It took me a month to l learn how to answer it. Chalk that up to old age.
