Dropped Calls

I don't believe it's my service because I have the same service as my old phone. I haven't been able to speak to anyone about it because no one at any store I call ever picks up the phone. So, right now I'm not very happy with the phone or your customer service.

Unfortunately, the TracFone company and their staff have not been. It’s been difficult to work with them in transferring my current phone data to the new phone. Finally succeeded but only because I would not give up, WHEW!

Needs screen protector
