The second seems good. Spent 40+ minutes with a Tracfone tech and we got it operating okay. Subsequent service has been good although I am still learning the functions.

There is something in the background that will drain the battery sometimes a little too fast, but if you restart the phone, then it can be on standby for 3 or more days. It's a flip phone. I like that it also has internet, email, and a FM radio. It was for an old man, who has since passed, so now I have it as an emergency phone.

A Convenient and Useful Device

It opens easily and the keypad responds well. The alarm has a multitude of sound selections, which is nice is you use it for a variety of reasons and use sounds to signal for which event you are being alerted. Also, it is very convenient to have a world clock with multiple selections for the cities which I need to have the times of day listed.

It works for basic email. Also has notes, camera, etc. Not the complexity of a "flat" smart phone, but it's the best flip phone I've had.

TracFone 4G flip phone

Works pretty much the same and I like not having to have a full-on smart phone, as I only do talk and occasionally text. Could not get this on TracFone's website. Very glad to find it at Best Buy.
