    Ordered this months ago. It said it was “delayed”, I didn’t care about a delay because I wanted it. It had a back up at home already. This item was never delivered to me. Best Buy now shows the order as “completed” even though it clearly says on my order that the shipper destroyed it. I reached out and was told I would be refunded in 2-3 business days. I have not received my refund 5 days later. Furious.
