    Good product, very poor shipping and delivery. Why was it not in a box? Thin aluminum drip trays. Why would Fedex deliver a damaged product. So disappointed. Ease of use gets 1 star due to damaged product. Would not recommend product from Best Buy or Fedex. Learn to protect packages whether it is a $2000 TV or $10 product.

    Fits good, bends up when hot and doesn’t really allow to drain to bucket, but helps keep the pan below clean

    Order this item online, never got the item and never got a refund. This is the second time in a year i bought something from Best Buy and it got lost in the mail. Then I was told it was my fault and my problem.
