    Been smoking meat on a traditional pit for all my life but so tired of tending to pit keeping it at the right temp, checking it non stop for 12 or more hours. Did alot of research, wanted the ironwood but it had constantly out of stock and i was tired of waiting. You can read recipes and how to cook stuff but found that you got to get the right pellets and cook at 215 if you want a good smoke.the only knock is the thermometer reads higher. I stuck four different thermometers in that ive used for years and the traeger probe read about 10 degrees high

    I’ve always wanted to own a Traeger grill. Finally pulled the trigger and it lives up to all the hype. Wifire technology is the real deal and it was even easier to use than I thought it would be. App is filled with great recipes and additional accessories. I would highly recommend this grill.

    This smoker has it all, you can smoke or grill on it. Assembly is relatively easy, i would recommend having a hand for it is quite heavy. I was hesitant because i wanted a grill as well but this can surpass 500 degrees so it will create a nice sear. My only complain is the distance of the wifi, make sure you're within a good range of your router. Also make sure to prime it upon first use and then, ENJOY!
