When ordering, thought we were getting Optimus Prime War for Cybertron but another figure was substituted. we went back and read figures may vary. We weren’t happy because our Grandson had wanted Optimus, but he ended up being ok with the other transformer. The product itself is good, just not happy with the varying of figures...show your customers what they are getting!

Nice quality. Easy transformation. Nice G1 look. Overall a worthwhile addition to any collection.

The actual item purchased was Grapple. So the SKU must be off for this one. The only issue I have with TFs these days is that they're smaller and costlier without having the feel or quality to justify it. And Grapple is no different. But he's a decent boy. Some of the pegs don't hold too well but I expect that with today's quality in TFs.

What an awesome figure!! And I gotta be honest I never thought I'd ever find it at a Bestbuy! What an awesome find, it has excellent articulation, a fantastic paint job and the transformation is very easy to get the hang of. Let's just say that is be visiting Bestbuys way more often if I knew I'd find stuff like this there!

I am a huge fan of this war for cybertron line. The robot modes are great with full articulation. The transformations are not overly complicated either.

This is an excellent figure with plenty of fun features and the classic G1 character look. Highly recommend this figure if you like the character.

I went to Best Buy just to see if they had Starscream on the shelf, and they did. It was most likely left by someone who had wanted to buy Grapple, and made a store return. I do recommend if you can, to actually stop by your local Best Buy store, since it is a gamble ordering online, since Best Buy has decided to randomly send which ever Transformers Earthrise figure you purchase, Grapple or Starscream.

Great figure. Too bad it wasn't the one I wanted. Still doesn't take away from the quality of the item I actually received.

We wanted the Starscream figure but this sku has two different figures (Decepticon Starscream and Autobot Grapple) and the note styles may vary. So we bought two. Best Buy sent us two grapples. Customer Chat rep said we could return the second grapple to a local store, which we did, spending a half hour in line just to return. Best Buy, please in the future code your products to avoid styles may vary.

It moves and transforms which my son likes. I think it’s a little cheap but he is happy.

Well built, strong, sturdy, classic figure. Son loves it.

Just pay attention to the description. I only looked at the picture thinking I was getting Starscream and I got Grapple. Had to return because I already had Grapple. If you don't have either then it's worth the gamble.

I don't have this Starscream figure but I did buy hoist and Wheel jack. Concerned me when I found this review but remember that buying these at best buy it's not always accurate with the figure information.

The Earthrise Starscream is the one everyone's been waiting for! Solid transformation, and great bot and alt mode! Get it if can!

I got the Grappler instead of Starscream, but I like him. I don't plan to transform him but be wary if you do as there is a peg issue where the pegs easily breaks.

The boys loved this, it was on their list. However, they wasn’t available until after Christmas. They understood and happy when the truck dropped the package off

I was able to get Starscream! It’s a roll of the dice to see which figure they ship you. Transformation is clever. Glad to have a show accurate figure.

Great collectors piece to my collection. I’m just about done building my OG transformers display. Waiting for a few more deceptions. Woohoo!!!

If you are not too picky on what you will be receiving, this is not a bad purchase. I still needed a Grapple, so I was not to upset with the figure.

Fans of G1 Transformers will love these figures! But remember, for this order you may get Starscream or you may get Grapple, either one is great!
