    Renewal from previous subscription with purchase of new license from Best Buy is unnecessarily complex. Every year it gets worse.every year at renewal time I vow to find an easier product prior to next year. I’m satisfied with the year round performance of this product, but renewal process extinguishes any Good feelings or satisfaction derived.

    Wished it worked with my computer. The tool said I had to remove a certain program for it to work properly and couldn’t find it so I’m stuck with an antivirus that I cannot use
