Micro trend security - sad that it is so necessary

My husband loaded it onto 2 laptops and 1 desktop. I believe it should be one price per year and unlimited devices. The security issues baffle me. Cyber Crime should be treated as an bigger offense so people are less likely to commit fraud and steal identities.
