We got this laptop for our daughter to take to college. She's said it works great. Light weight for carrying to classes. Great purchase

I first bought Norton Antivirus but it was locking up my computer, causing my video driver to fail, and slowing web browsing down to where I couldn't get my mouse placed on a specific spot because it would not move and then skip right past the spot. This product has none of those issues.

This internet security is an okay product, happy it came with my purchase. Not my #1 security choice for my laptop but it gets the job done

A good product and the local Newnan geek squad crew is great. The home office salesmen will drive you crazy reminding you to renew your service even after you have already done so. they use all kinds of nasty threats of cancellation if you do not renew. Even tho you cannot renew but only buy a new service

Trend works fine and does a good job of keeping you secure but Is heavy on the system which for slower computers will affect productivity.

great product, but I needed text support to install as I do not have a disc drive. tm support was great they remotely connected and installed for me

I was looking for a anti virus product that was compatible with my Mac computer and I found this one . I had a different brand before, that slowed my computer a lot . I have no speed problem with this one , and since it is made for 3 devices, I am going to install it in my tablet also.

I've been a Norton person forever. This was provided free, and I'm pleased with it. Have had no issues. When purchase on our other computer expires with Norton, I'll move it over to this one. The free with computer purchase includes protection for 2 computers for 2 years. Good deal.

Free product, came with laptop; not sure how to evaluate this. Installed it, working fine, without interruption. So, I guess it's good.

This product is very effective and user friendly. I have been a trend micro customer for years and very pleased with the latest updates.

I didn't renew because I don't feel insecure online. But it does the job and has nice features for the layman to feel more secure.

It seems like this software works pretty well. I will use it since it came with my computer, but probably wouldn't spend a bunch of money on it.

This product works great with my laptop. I have a Dell Inspiron 7368, with 12 Gb of RAM. The effect on my laptop's speed is minimal.

I purchased this for a family member who needed antivirus protection for his laptop. Keeps him protected and gives me a piece of mind.

To be honest, there is nothing wrong with this product. It does what it is suppose to do. The problem with protection really comes down to the fact, that if someone knows what they are doing, you truly can't keep them out if you are connected to the internet. That is reality. If you aren't careful of what you click on or what web pages you go to you will get infected even with the best software out there. Your first line of defense is common sense.

It seemed to really slow down the computer a lot. It stopped the viruses though.

This is the first I've tried this security software, normally use Norton anti virus but this has actually been working fine, does what's needed.

Slowed down computer. Does not block all that it claims. Had to call support-still not working properly

Wish i had the option of getting something else besides these since it's only a 6 month trial

This was bundled with a laptop I purchased. It seems to work just fine. I don't notice it much when using the computer which is a plus for me.
