I just don't have much faith in this product from what I've read. If you're purchasing virus protection software I'd recommend sticking with the tried and true Norton products.

I have had this for 2 months now and is working great with no issues. It lets you know what is going on and ,that is a good feature. Happy with this product so far.

Each step took a while to complete & if you stepped away from the computer between steps & missed your prompt to the next step, you were logged out & needed to start from the beginning again. - This was very frustrating & I ended up calling the Geek Squad for assistance.

Posted .It's possible that there is a conflict with your firewall, Iammeok. Trend Micro Internet Security comes with a firewall booster to strengthen your existing firewall. However, some firewalls do not appreciate the additional support and instead limit internet access. Disabling the firewall booster setting should fix that problem and get you up and downloading again.

Required to purchase with Best Buy Computer

Not sure it matters much which anti virus you put onto the machine because it's going to get bogged down with spyware, etc. The Geek Squad insurance is like having a personal IT department. For the up front $100, you just drop it off and they remove the viruses and stuff that slows down your machine.
