Today is November 19, 2016 . and it was time to renew the protection plan in October. However I didnt renew. It cause I didn't have the money. Yet,,! It was great while it lasted.

We used to use "free" security programs downloaded that kept popping up - very annoying. With Trend Micro Internet Security, we not only feel more secure, but enjoy the hassle free use.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've been a Trend Micro user for years now, but for some reasons, this version allowed my computer to get corrupted and I couldn't install any Trend Micro update (it was giving me an error every times I tried). I ended up calling the Geek Squad to help me remove Trend Micro, clean my pc and re-install Trend Micro (since I had already paid the license) with all the latest updates.

Posted .I'm really sorry to hear about this situation; it sounds really frustrating, JacGa. I suspect there may have been an error when this current version was initially installed. This can happen to any software program and, even if only one byte is out of place, it can prevent updates from being installed. Often in those cases, the best solution is to reinstall the program. Hopefully, now that it's been successfully reinstalled, you won't have any more problems and can enjoy the rest of your Trend Micro Internet Security subscription.
