when I bought my computer I bought this for three things.for computer for my cell. for my tablet. but I could only use it for my computer. it wont download to my cell or tablet. I contacted them,trend. they gave me instructions and still it wont work. I lost a lot days already. days that my cell and tablet are not benefiting from this trend security.not happy.

Took a long time to install the updates. But guess it works okay. Haven't had any viruses detected yet.

The product did not work well with the XP platform. Messed up and can only use in safe mode after install.

The help was efficient and quick. I suppose it is working for my computer. I have not yet added it to my iPad or phone. I do think it should have been for a year instead of 6 months free. But I am glad I did get this long. Thanks BestBuy

I was pleased with Trend Micro on my previous PC. When I bought a new PC, I bought Trend Micro again.

Have had MicroTrend in the past, it came with my Geek Squad coverage, so when it was offered again this time I opted to take it again. When I did not have MicroTrend and tried something else, I had computer issues. Works great for me.

I have only used this product a few weeks so I am still learning how it works. I very much appreciate that it tells me which links in emails and on websites can be trusted. It seems to be quite reliable and a good layer of protection for my devices.

It was not my first choice for internet security, but since it was free i decided to give it a try.

Geek Squad loaded Trend Micro Internet Security into my new computer; I'm not sure that was a good idea. Every move I make on the web has an intervening step that requires my clicking off a security question. It slows my browsing; the repetition is incredibly frustrating. I've checked the box "Don't ask me again" repeatedly to no avail... guess I have to give the Geek Squad a call.

It came free with my purchase, so I don't really have a complaint.

I installed Trend and had pc issues.I called for support to get Trend to work right on my pc but they would not help me unless I paid them another $200 to see why Trend wouldn't work. I uninstalled Trend and put Norton back on my pc.So now I have one year of Trend that I can't even use.

I knew I needed internet security and this was the one they recommended. What was really nice is since my computer does not have a disc drive I had a hard time downloading it so Best Buy's geek squad did it over the phone. That was a great help!

The Trend Micro Internet Security is an excellent security software to protect your computer(s) from viruses, malware, etc. I feel better every time I sign on my laptop knowing Trend Micro Internet Security will block intruders.
