The product failed to install properly and did not function at all after installation. I had to use my Geek Squad support in order to get the product to function and even then the Password Manager still did not function to save my logins while interacting with websites. I have doubts that the product is not even protecting my new machine from viruses.

Freebies are always great. I haven't used this yet, but will when my current one expires.

Great value: protection for 3 devices. I cannot detect any speed impact on my Mac Book Pro. This protection works efficiently in the background and keeps itself updated. It also provides great warnings of potentially harmful sites.

I wish I had renewed the McAfee that was on its last day prior to expiration rather than installing this product and ending up with Adware popping up on every page of my laptop opened for about a week until I installed Malwarebytes as well to get rid of it! Interesting that I wasn't even on the Internet when I installed this product which required unistallation of McAfee and a restart of my system prior to logging on to the Internet, yet I could tell my system was also slower along with the Adware until installing the Malwarebytes, too. I believe it actually eliminated some of my favorite screensaver applications already installed on my desktop as well, since my desktop was black rather than having the images on it before installation. I had to find other desktop background photos to appear again afterward. This product was given to me "free" along with purchase of a new laptop from Best Buy, but the subscription for it when registered stated only 5 months left, rather than a year.

Love this product. Compared to the other name brands which I have used, this product offers the same features. I have never used it before now. Since I started using it six weeks ago, no issues to report. That's good enough for me.

This is a protection plan that came with the purchase. Because I make is a great we did not need to put this on a laptop that was basically crashing,( windows based) and this cleaned it up and got it working again!!

Had my computer for a week and got a virus. Not happy. Had the Geek Squad put on a better one.

Product did not install properly the first time. The Geek Squad fixed all the problems.

This came with my laptop/tablet purchase. Notifications are a bit clunky and annoying to deal with.

This program was easy to set up, but I kept having trouble with it interfering with my PC. I ended up restoring a brand new hp laptop a few times before I figured out this was the culprit. It could also be that I don't know enough about computers to make this security system work. I can't say how well it protects devices, because I uninstalled it.

My husband swears by this, and wouldn't think of not using Trend Micro as a solid security system.

The product was included in my warranty service package. But I would have bought it anyway. My employer, a software company, REQUIRES that Trend Micro be on all of our work computers. So why not my personal one?

I have had trouble in the past with antivirus. This one is definitely one that I would recommend.
