I've never had a problem. Plus the maker stands behind this product with computer up dates year after year.

I haven't downloaded much yet so who knows but the trend didn't show a virus but the annoying download me now to protect your computer and locking it up till I had to do a soft restart. I finally did a complete revival to get rid of that junk.
