We had to go into the store and exchange if for another one. it wasn't compatible with windows 10. This is not a reflection on the product perse, but it was a hassle and the people at the store didn't seem to be familiar with the product.

They highlight all the links. I uninstalled the software because I don't like to use my computer resources on scanning everything.
