Since there are 3 licenses, I put it on my Windows XP computer. It seriously bogs down the XP. It probably was not made for XP. DO not put it on an XP computer. There is no problem with Windows 10.

It's true that Trend Micro Internet Security 10 was designed to work well with Windows 10 computers but it also works on older versions of Microsoft Windows as long as they have the required Service Packs installed. Double-check the system requirements for Internet Security 10 and make sure your PC is up-to-date on its Service Packs.

I didn't want this product, I didn't need this product, but I was given it despite my objections. I already have a virus protection. Now I am getting emails warning me that I didn't install this thing. It is irritating and a waste.

I wish they would give you a credit towards the computer or towards other software if you do not need the free protection software. That would be helpful.
