I've used this product on other computers. I found it easy to use and love the notifications about potential issues with websites.

Seamless & doesn't seem to slow my computer. Occasional pop-up windows but nothing too annoying. Seems to stop the viruses well.

Trend Micro Internet Security has worked consistently well on my Windows laptops for years. Easy to use and highly recommended.

This software is great and it will not leave you for something else much like an ex-girlfriend who keeps calling late at night

their are other ANTI VIRUS programs, however with a 12 year & 8 year, this was the ONLY available product to me that was PAID FOR, and worked with MICROSOFT FAMILY SAFETY, the others that I have tried either game me errors, beyond the point that it needs to be deleted.

Easy to install. After receiving email from the Geek Squad, I followed instructions and downloaded the antivirus software.

I have only installed anti virus software twice out of about 20 PC's and/or laptops I have owned, and they seem to be as bad or worse, in terms of degrading performance, as an actual virus. I don't visit unknown URL's, and I don't watch videos or open forwarded "This will make you cry..." type chain email's, nor do I visit questionable websites. I also use Firefox for my browser and DuckDuckGo.com for my search engine. Bottom line is, I never get viruses on my laptops, so I don't use anti-virus software, but I have had Trend Micro on a company issued laptop and it didn't seem to degrade the performance of my laptop, so if you participate in behavior that would result in a virus getting loaded on your PC, then I recommend this product.

The HP Printer is not user friendly. I choose/select to print photo from photo tray and it waste my ink printing from letter. My laptop works very well, however I dislike the fact that they download apps that are not necessary on the laptop which use up memory space.

This item is one of the best in the market riigh now. Is very reliable easy to use and easy to implement in any computer

I'm a longtime fan of TrendMicro and was happy to see it came bundled with the laptop I purchased at BestBuy. My lower star rating isn't because of the product; it's because of BestBuy's bundling. 1. I found that I could *not* use the license key on other computers until it was first installed and used on the laptop which it came bundled with. After doing that, I could register the license on 2 other computers. 2. I purchased a 2nd identical laptop to the first, but online instead of in a store -- and that 2nd one came bundled with Kaperski (sp?) instead of TrendMicro. I wanted to get the TrendMicro bundle instead but BestBuy was completely non-helpful with this. LOVE TrendMicro. Not thrilled with BestBuy bundle setup.

This is one of those situations you never really know how it works. What I can say is that we have not had any problems.

Like this product. This is my 3rd year with Trend. It has given me warnings when I have tried to click on certain links.
