I hope you don't have to use the geek squad and if you do don't try to pay them with a best buy credit card even if they do work out of Best Buy store. That's a no no. I also wrote Best Buy about my problem and they haven't back with me it has been 3 days and the message says they will get back with you in 48 hours. They worked well when i bought my washer & dryer. I had to go and buy me another laptop from another company. '
