Posted .That is definitely not a common experience, ejk47715. We're sorry you had to go through that. Trend Micro should not interfere in any way with whether your computer is able to turn on. It sounds like there might be conflicting software programs on the computer that are causing it to behave that way. I hope you are able to get your computer up and running again, and still keep it safe using your Trend Micro subscription.
