I clicked on it and my surface went black. Couldn't turn my surface on at all after the update. Long story short, had to return the surface.

I didn't want it but they made me take it. I checked my receipt and it showed they charged for it. They made a mistake n it took 45 min for them to cancel the charge although it was supposed to be free. I returned the actual order iphone cuz it was locked by Verizon. I wanted to give the Internet security cd back and I was more upset when I heard they told me they receive free of charge these internet security CDs and that's why they give customers free. They didn't take it back so. I haven't felt anything special as a valued customer. Waste of time...
