You can get AVG or Avast for free off internet and it works much better and way easier to use. You are also not limited to the amount of devices you can use with Avast or AVG. I am just not a fan of Trend Micro, seems to cause issues on programs slowing down too. Never pay for something when you can get something better for free. Thanks

Difficult to install

BB pushes this with the purchase of a system and its only supported for 3 months. Then have have to pay for full coverage for a year. If you don't install it, BB continues to hound you to install it. Save money and get the one from your ISP that you are already paying for as part of your service.

Would not install on Macbook Air

Since the Air has no drive, I expected to be able to download the product from the Trend Micro site and activate it with a key on or in the box, but there was no way to do that. I called BB and they wanted to take control of my computer to see whether the problem was with my computer. Needless to say, I returned it.
