AS anti-virus software goes, this one works well and runs well in the background. It doesn't seem to be a resource hog like some can be, so overall happy.

It has very good speed I like when you get a computer from Best Buy they give you free virus protection for six months its been a great computer for our needs.

Not sure if it actually protects, but it seems like it's doing what it suppose to be doing. It gives me monthly reports and asks me for scans every week.

Ever since I started using computers, I always use the other brand "K". This is the first time I used this product and so far, I'm impressed with the results.

One of the best in class. I would recommend it but make sure it works well with your hardware and demand so that it does not add overhead and degrade speed.

It's good whenever you're on a "dangerous" website then it tells you it may harm your computer or something like cause a virus and nobody wants that to happen.

Enjoying the internet security....it provides information of daily activities of the software fighting malware, etc. My previous version did not provide this info....I also can keep track the entire history by downloading the activity before 60 days...after which deletion occurs. Geek Squad recommended this software.

i installed the program and it work for the fist day then it stops for three days I was with out service. I called the qeeksqoad and they couldn't help me and said they would send someone to fix it for me and I have to pay an hourly rate. it was asking to activate. I tried and it won't after I finish the call and I wasn't happey I was about to through the CD to the trash. my computer then worked . I belive it was the costumer service being lazy to activate the software.

I've been using Trend for years/ No antivirus is full proof, but Trend is one of the best I've used for my computers. I would recommend this for all

The young lady that provided the service was very knowledgeable and courteous to me and my granddaughter. When either of us had a question, she took all the time needed for us to understand the answer. I noticed that she did the same with all other customers when we had to wait until she was able to get to us.

good product although my only gripe is it seems you are having to go from on place to another to set settings can be a bit confusing in the beginning

I have been using Trend Micro since 2008 and it works really great for me. Not only it's a strong program but they also have reliable customer service.

I had not heard of Trend, but I came with the computer so I kept using it. I'm use to Kasperkey, but Trend works well and is keeping my computer safe.
