This was recommended by Best Buy staff after I upgraded to Windows 10. It seems to slow down response time, otherwise is fine.

This security was very easy to load on my computer, but I had a difficult time on my cell phone. So far it has worked great.

This came free with the purchase of my laptop but I recommend picking it up regardless. You can't put a price on piece of mind.

The coverage is great it's just it was too complicated to install. I had to go get help installing. After that though, runs great.

Since I have no basis for comparison with other security programs, I have to say that this one seems to be working well thus far.

It was easly downloaded and only took a few minute to get going. It seems to take longer to scan than I have experianced before.

I have licenses for 6 computers and none have been infected even with kids doing searches. updates automatically for windows 10 no issues. way better than Norton that you add a new disk to registry every year, updates on its own, no issues and does not slow systems down

so far all your geek squad team has always done a wonderful job. they are helpful, answers all my questions, never rushes me, lets me know what needs to be done their best guess on the time it will take and treat me as a very important person to them who they want to help.

I am glad my computer will be protected. My life is easy when I do not have to worry.

This is one of the better virus and spam check software. It came with the laptop so I use it. It is way better that Mac Afee

Trend micro is a great security feature. Especially a fan of the multiple users, so I use it for my PC and my cell phone.

I haven't used this program very much yet since it's a new computer, but as of now I don't have any viruses, so so far so good!

Easy to install, fairly easy to use. Works about like most other internet protection.

This is the first time I have used Trend Micro and I like it better than McAfee. Less annoying and haven't had any problems.

This product is just fair. I can't say much about it other than it was easy to install. I have had it on my machine for a month now with no issues. However, I don't like the fact that it never lets me know that it's running the most current a/v signatures or when it's updating. Ding there. And now it's giving me a message every time I reboot my machine saying it can help me speed up my boot times. Wouldn't be an issue, but it says that my laptop took 133 seconds to boot up and they can fix it. The problem with that is that my laptop boots in 13 seconds EVERY time, without fail. So obviously there is some bloatware or b.s. that's trying to get me to buy something more from the company. I install a/v software to protect my investments and my data......NOT to lie to me and sell me more b.s to make my machine run slower.... I'm pulling it off my machine and it will never make its way back on any machine I own.

This product was recommended to me by the Best Buy salesman that sold me my computer. He was right on with its dependability and protection. It is an easy install and user-friendly interface. I can easily scan my computer, view a report of any threats that were found and taken care of and easily check for updates! Thank you Best Buy!

It's been two months since installing this software on the new laptop and the Chinese haven't hacked in yet. Not even once.

It is not my favorite anti virus brand, but it does the job. It is very much appreciated it since it is free of charge!
