I bought it for the very first time that too free with Macbook Air. I liked this product. Will use it for 3 mnths.

I did a little research and this security software is better than most. I don't think you will be disappointed.

I received this once I baught this computer and it seems to work well. Do weekly checks ups and it works good.

Its a good antivirus. Works good with Windows 8.1. High sensitivity and it is not heavy enough to slower the system

I've used Trend Micro before. Always had a good experience. I'm sure i'll have no trouble from their protection.

Doesn't come with cd. You now can download everything on the web. So be connected to internet when installing.

This was a free trial with a newly purchased laptop. I used it and it seems to work perfectly well but habit.

Three times since owning the system, the sound has failed. I have had to shut down and restart to have sound.

Pretty quick and runs in the background for the most part but can be intrusive at times especially in browsers.

I'm honestly not sure if it works but for 2 years so far I haven't had any viruses on the computer so I'm guessing it does. I also like that it sometimes runs diagnostic tests and tells you your computer is running smoothly.

Truthfully, I haven't installed the program yet. Yes, I know I need to do but I haven't had the time to do it yet.

This security was a free addition to my computer purchase. Does not seem to slow down computer like Norton does.

The product once installed works well but I had trouble installing due to lack of instructions. I downloaded from the products web site and it asked for a product code which was not included. Called Greek squad and found out I needed to download from the best buy site and the Greek squad had to provide me with the product code. A lot of time and trouble to get it installed.

Got this for free when I purchased a lenovo laptop. It was compatible with Windows 10 and easy to install.

Were very helpful and informative concerning the work on my computer. Explained well what the program was about and fixing my computer so that windows 10 was up and running. Also installed a protection program on it. Very friendly and thorough
