Does what it's supposed to do, and coverage of three systems in one purchase is always a plus.

This service I highly recommend it, specially when you are buying an expensive product like a MAC or Surface Pro. It protects not only your new device, but also any other computer that may have not been purchased in Best Buy.

Always protect from downloading viruses on the computer. May not protect completely it helps.

I always use Trend Micro for my anti-virus software and I have yet to be disappointed by it.

Easy to install. Seemed to provide good protection (I returned the computer I installed it on).

it is good software but it needed to tell you how to load it on a tablet which it does not.

So far so good added to my PC also after using free spyware from play store on both! But a upgrade all the same and great bonus added with purchase. I did have to download Micro Trend to disc in order to get loaded on my PC.

If I consider the relation between price and quality, this machine is very good option!.

This was a valuable piece of security that everyone should install on their computing devices.

My first foray away from Norton. So far so good although it did let some malware through.

The security program seems to be up and running and doing well, however, installing it was a bit frustrating since I bought it for a computer without a disc drive. So, I went on Trend Micro's website and after clanking around in it like a bull in a china shop, finally found the place to enter the access code. It looked easy as it had all the spaces and dashes in the fields that fit the code exactly. I kept getting messages that the code wasn't valid. I called the retail store where I bought the computer and the Trend Micro security program and they assured me the code was activated. I tried the website a few more times after restarting my computer but had no success. Finally, I remembered that I purchased an external disc drive, popped the Trend Micro disc in it and it loaded up with no problem. If their website was more effective I would give this program 5 stars. I would recommend it to a friend and lend them my external disc drive (unless they had one).

Free 6 months for a security program? That's pretty good! One of the best ones out there

After installing Trend, I could give a rat's behind if McAfee or Norton ever exists again. I'd rather avoid the two, personally. Trend and Kaspersky are the two top PC protections out there, but Trend is about $20 cheaper.

Item came included with my laptop purchase and I have been pleased with the product so far.

Trend seems to run smoother than Norton. Scans run quickly. Have not had any issues so far.
