i have used this product on my computers in the past and the folks at the Geek Squad installed it remotely and it runs great and protects my computer .

The antivirus is for three devices which I love, not only did I use out for my laptop, I was able to install it to my mom's and sister's. Big money saver

Trend Micro is the easiest anti-virus program to use. This is very unusual, as most anti-virus programs are difficult, have functionality problems, etc. A note to the wise: Do NOT use Kaspersky with Windows 10. It is not configured to work with it. I went through heck with it. Google compatibility with Windows 10, and Kaspersky's own manual says not to use it!

This product is great for PC protection; you get it free with a 6 month trial period. It definitely does what it says and is definitely worth the try!!!

One of the items that came with laptop, so using it. As long as it does what it is suppose to do, I am ok. Thanks Best Buy for including with bundle.

I really like this security it pop up and let you know if there may be a virus but not to much.. It's auto run is really good lets you now all is clear

this product came in a bundle i purchased, so i wasn't sure about it. But since I downloaded it, haven't had anymore problems with popups or malware

This came free with Samsung tablet. Samsung rep told me not to use it on my new S2 tablet as it would interfere with antivirus provided by Samsung. I returned it. Webroot is a better product.

it's easy to install the software. you need to download from their website. and type in the serial #. works good so far as described the paid version expire in 6 months for 3 devices.

It has caught 3 things, I think that is good, although I don't really know much about it. It emails you a monthly report of what it found, etc.

It works great and keeps viruses away. Doesn't completely protect against malware. My computer had malware on it and had to be wiped clean. There is a separate software you can buy.

Former Norton user. Purchased Trend Micro for personal computer. Easy install. Pleased with popup reports when it detects and removes a problem file.

The product is great. We went right home and installed it. Ever since I get a weekly nag mail from Best Buy telling me to download and install it.

This anti-virus kills and destroys anything that goes through my downloads that isn't wanted. It catches things I thought were safe to download.

It's always good to have more protections for my laptop if they are available, though I don't see what's special about this one. It works fine except the password protection not very amazing or convenient. I'd rather remember all my passwords.

It is what it is. I don't know a lot about internet security but I have not had a single issue and that is essentially what I hope for and look for.

highly recommend this security for Mac or PC. it's easy to setup and navigate. Haven't renewed past the free 30-day trial, but intend to do so.

I always to go to the store with a specific purchase item in mind, based on MY research and knowledge, because sometimes store reps will suggest an inferior alternative item that the store needs to get rid of. I believe this was a classic example of that. I should have stuck to my system because the store rep suggested I buy "Trend Micro Internet Security" instead of my intended purchase, and after installing the product I realized the subscription was for 6 months instead of 1 year - unlike my intended purchase. Also, It appears as if this product is the store's brand - another reason to want to move the product. I will not entertain any suggestions from these store reps ever again.
