I have used Trend Micro for several years and have found it easy to use, easy to understand, and a lot less problem than some of the other anti virus programs. They are a little hard to deal with when you try to contact them, but you normally only have to contact them with new purchases since they work so well.

Doesn't get any better than free! This item came with my hp stream laptop! Six months of free service! Easy to install.

I like the fact that it's remind you when it expired and you can just use your cats to renew it instead buying a new one.

I like the feeling of security I have with the TrendMicro software. I was able to use this on all three of my computers.

I only say that because it had to be load on my computer 3 times before it actually worked. Even Best Buy employee had a hard time installing and uninstalling the program. Once running it does its job

So far, I am not impressed with this version of Trend Micro. Not so sure many free security programs work just as well which I have used in the past and am using now. Also, seems to be too many popups.

Excellent virus protection and very easy to install.

I wasn't concerned with getting this initially but after trying the three month trial, it was good at protecting the computer from viruses and malware.
