It appears that the technicians duplicated the users under the same appliance and now they have shorted me one user code. Now we have to remove the user entirely off the equipment in order to add a new one. It seems to us that they should have done the job right from the beginning

Posted .We can understand how frustrating that situation must be, Pepe. However we have an easy solution that can help you out. If you log into your Trend Micro account, you can easily find out all of the devices that are using your serial number and you can remove any of those devices in 1-click. We agree that it should have been done right the first time but it's good to know there is a fast fix available.
